"they asked us if we bought our trip from Expedia and then gave as the worst room with the door which was open to hard and a parking lot view 2nd floor, all night and day it was very noise laundry track was doing pick up from 10pm till 12:30 am during the day time was a lot of tracks on a parking lot doing pick up and garbage pick up"

"We just returned from a five night stay with our family and loved every minute! The listing is exactly as pictured. Modern, clean, and well appointed. It was more space than we needed but we loved the location and private pool so we splurged. This unit could easily fit four couples with plenty of space and each couple would have their own bathroom! The unit came with chairs, snorkel kits, and a cooler. The private pool was amazing after a day at the beach. Boca Catalina beach ended up being our favorite spot. Right across the street! You just have to snag a palapas fairly early (7/7:30am). Arashi was also a simple walk from the condo and had all of the amenities—chair and umbrella rentals and beach shack for drinks or lunch. We ended up going there one day for lunch and a swim. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The nicest part of the island in my opinion. We highly recommend this property and look forward to going back!"

"I absolutely loved this property!!! It is a quaint home away from home. I was really looking to rest, relax, and restore. I was able to achieve that and more. My favorite part was drinking my coffee and reading my book in the hammock. I was able to walk to the beach and snorkel with the sea turtles! It was on the main route and made getting around the island a breeze. The place is equipped with all the amenities. There is a coffee pot…no keurig, so be sure to get grounds. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. All I kept thinking was that I could live here and be happy as a clam. So, yes, I would stay here again and highly recommend you stay, too. "

"Our host was absolutely incredible. Our flights got delayed on the way down, which was going to have us missing out on a day of our vacation, but she happily extended it on the other end at no additional charge. Exceptional service and very kind."

"Pool filter was not working the entire time we were there and it was filled with debris and dead bugs. I feel management knew because the last man who came out to service (we messaged every day) admitted to us that is was not working on purpose because the skimmers were leaking and needed to be repaired. There were two homes on either side of this house that were under construction from 7:00 am until at least 3:00 pm every day. You could not even sit on the patio the noise was so intolerable. If you wanted to swim, well then swim with the dead bugs which were floating on the entire surface. The landscapers came for 5 hours one of the days and blew more stuff into the pool. You definitely didn't want to be sitting outside that day. None of these very significant happenings which made our trip a nightmare were disclosed before we stayed there. Oh, and if that's not enough, you will carry your wet, rinsed dishes from the kitchen sink into the laundry room which is where the dishwasher is. I messaged Casiola every day and was just given the same response "we have passed your concerns on to the team and are working on it and will follow up soon". What a joke, we checked out on Saturday and got a "have a safe trip home"."

"We absolutely adored this gorgeous property with a perfect location and stunning views. After a simple check-in process, the light and bright entryway welcomed us to this serene retreat with a fully equipped kitchen, ample beach equipment (coolers, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, and more!), and relaxing private pool with surrounding patio and plenty of loungewear and shade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. In our case, for our smaller group, we enjoyed the extra space, but a larger group with multiple couples and/or family members would also have plenty of private spaces. The unit’s location is a mere 1-minute walk to Boca Catalina beach and its surrounding snorkeling coves making for an easy and gorgeous walk to view the sunset from the beach every night. A quick drive or walk just a bit north, takes you to the stunning Arashi beach, which provides an entirely different but just as wonderful beach experience. The unit is a quick drive away from a major grocery store and lots of restaurants, but it’s just far enough removed from the high rise hotels to create a peaceful retreat in a beautiful area. We had no issues arise during our stay, however our host Emily was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for the perfect blend of beach access, peaceful relaxation, proximity to adventure/amenities, and a stunning place to call “home” while visiting Aruba. "

"The pictures of this place don't do it justice. It's incredible. We are a family of five with a teen and two younger kids. This place offered tons of space in a perfect location.The location is amazing, its quite and an easy walk to the beach. We liked being away from the hotel area, but its a quick easy drive to that area if you choose to go. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool and patio are perfect. Zero complaints, 100% would recommend and stay there again."
