"Property located in a very vibrant Asian community within Melbourne. Lots of Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese restaurants on the same block as hotel. Very convenient METRO outside the Bourke Melbourne Citadine entrance! City views from floor #22 were spectacular. Laundry machines also conveniently located on our floor. Melbourne offers several transportation options including Uber and SkyBus airport shuttle. Convenient but expensive car parking is available on site. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was refurbished 2 years ago and looks gorgeous . Bed extremely comfortable and rooms large. Pool - although on the smaller side for size of hotel - was heated and has most amazing view"

"This was our first time staying at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the easy valat parking option and the friendly staff when checking in. Loved the link to check in early & when checking out. Easy walk to Southbank & into the Theatre. Breakfast was enjoyable and our room was dark and quiet for sleeping on the 9th floor with a comfortable mattress and linen. We will stay again "
