The location was excellent, offering perfect access to the south. Galleries, museums, parks, and South Melbourne Market were all within walking distance. However, a downside was the Wi-Fi connection, which tended to be sluggish in the mornings and evenings.

The hotel was really nice, good spacious rooms, away from the central hub, but was well connected via Tram 58 which was 1 min from hotel to take you to CBD, and all tourist attractions, nice staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast

A warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival. Gigi at reception was absolutely amazing, very thoughtful, caring and attentive. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. Her kindness and lovely manner really stood out and made a wonderful impression. The reception team in general is excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional and welcoming, which created a lovely atmosphere. Good-sized gym. Unfortunately, there is no access to the spa or sauna, as these facilities are for residents only. Otherwise, the location is great for South Melbourne. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Great place to stay! Matthew and the rest of the team are great. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Self-serve laundry on each floor is a nice feature. Also easy to walk to many places from the location. Will definitely go back there next time in Melbourne.
