Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Great location but sub standard service and the rooms are small and loud. Stayed here for one night and got billed twice (not sure if Hotels issue or with them). As I was checking out early they’d offered a breakfast bag which I said yes to, but when I showed up the next morning the person in reception ..."
