"The room was excellent the location excellent the building excellent. There was no information in the room. I booked understanding it was a hotel but there were no hotel services, no towels changed no beds made up no room cleaned. Could have been perfect but missed the mark."

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. "10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!"
