Not a clean room I asked for a wheelchair Accessible shower chair before I got to the hotel. It wasn’t provided for me at night. You could not get into the hotel. The revolving doors would not open and a person had to physically open the door from the inside to let people out from the outside in very small elevators, extremely noisy, extremely dirty rooms

Good location and very friendly staff, but unfortunately that’s about where the positives end. The hotel is extremely outdated, with stained carpet and furniture, an old bathroom, a tub that didn’t drain properly, strange smells throughout, and sketchy elevators. We actually looked into options to leave shortly after getting into our room, even though it was late at night.
The staff were nice and did waive an unexpected additional resort fee after we questioned it, but we felt very misled by the listing and photos. It seems the property may be going through a transition/potential purchase, so hopefully improvements are coming.
At the end of the day, if you simply need a place to rest your head in a good location, this will do. But for anything beyond that, I would look elsewhere. We would not stay here again.

"Waited 4 1/2 hour standing in the lobby just to check in room was crazy small dirty looked like a room you rent by the hour waited 2 hours for are car to come back from the parking and that was 180.00 on checking in was told a deposit is need for all guest cash is 500.00 and card deposit is 200.00 ..."
