Parking wasn’t great for a big 3/4 truck… everyone had small vehicles and parked in the uncovered parking when they could have parked in the covered parking that’s provided

This was a condo to remember. Outstanding! Designed and decorated to perfection. Extremely quiet, away from main roads, in the trees, mountain view. We chose to drive, but would have been very walkable to the Village.

-Couches old and feel kinda dirty. Should be replaced -sink fixture is completely loose. Needs to be fixed -loose screws on fireplace mantle -no AC -window screen in main bedroom missing -pool was dirty -spa room chemical smell very strong would make you sick

Condos in Mammoth do not have any AC. Also the pool is outdoors so there are bugs/grass/leaves throughout the day that go into it. Other than that the water is clean and clear. We have maintenance staff on duty daily. Any issues that we are notified of we would take care of right away.

We have stayed at this complex a few times over the years and always had a great experience, except for 1-1-5. This unit is old, tattered, dirty and they need to spray for bugs. The toilet, lights and shower weren’t working. You sleep in the basement, which is really a cold dark cave with beds that bow in the middle. There is a popcorn ceiling that is falling apart (?asbestos). The chair cushions had food on them and buttons falling off. There was really no clean surface for my kids to sit or play. I took pictures but can’t post them; it needs to be remodeled and cleaned. Thankfully, the guy at the front desk was very nice and apologetic; he contacted Expedia so we could get our money back. Expedia made me jump through some hoops and initially low balled me on the refund but we eventually worked it out.

My family didn’t like going up three flights of stairs every time. We had a 79 year old with us. She had to climb. It’s not handicapped or disabled friendly at all. Our view was the back of a garage. Not good at all

Garage parking when it snowed 12 inches was so appreciated! Unit was super clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. More comfortable mattresses would be my only suggestion. Layout was perfect for our family of 5. Took us a bit to realize all heat came from the fireplace which ended up being perfect and great ambiance. Check in/out was easy and onsite management was always available and helpful. Great location to ski out of Canyon Lodge!

Condo was spacious and catered to our needs. It’s clean and in gear working condition. The only thing that was a worry was the sliding door to the balcony would not latch. The room was high enough for us to worry but would have been a safety issue. Otherwise, love the accommodation and the place itself. The proximity to the slope was also a big plus for us. It’s way too convenient. An awesome stay I should say.

This property was well equipped. Games for the family, napkins in the kitchen. If you are staying here bring some dvds! Clean, nice, hot tub very close by. Only negative was that the beds were extremely hard.

The only thing lacking was a strong shower and a good thermostat. It was hard to control the heat in unit. The shower was a little lack luster after a day of skiing. But the office was amazing and let us check in early. Wi of connection a little spotty.

Clean and Spacious
The condo was very spacious, clean, and quiet. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was at the top of 3 flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but may be a consideration for others. A single small parking space was provided inside a garage, which was nice since it was in bear country. The only annoyance with the booking was the volume of emails, almost 30 in total from Hotels.com, the condo complex, and the city of Mammoth with check in/out instructions, rules, and reviews. But overall, I'd stay there again.

The complex is nice, location very good, but the unit was very outdated and worn. It was nice and clean, but smelled of cat urine. Bottom line, did the job for crashing between hikes but I'll look for a more updated unit next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mammoth ski and racquet club. Our unit was split wing, 2 bed 2 BR. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to Mammoth Village for restaurants and events, yet very quiet area.

Great location, just up the way from the village. Close to Lake Mary, not far from Convict Lake (20ish mins) and close to lots of other hikes/bike paths. Our particular unit we stayed in was definitely older and a bit run down, but worked for us. The on-site team was friendly and helpful each time I called before our stay.

Overall we have a pleasant experience staying in this apartment. The biggest complain that we have is the early noise coming from apartments next to ours and the upper floor. Noise insulation isn’t that good and we could hear tv on and children running. Also some fans would have helped with the unusual heat going on in this region.

This room was from the 1970s and never has been changed. there was no air conditioner the fans did not work the screens were broken. The sliders in the bathrooms do not slide.

There is no AC in any condos in Mammoth unless you stay at a hotel. We also have not gotten any kind of maintenance or service call for any repairs.

Rooms were clean. Full kitchen with sufficient cookware, flatware, plates, and cups. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. Loved the gas fire place. Fun swivel chairs. Don't use the bathroom door locks. You might get stuck...hahaha!

Cozy & Great Location
Location is great, place is cozy and fireplace was really easy to use. Made a big difference during the storm and was so comfortable to sit in front of and watch the snow outside. Setup is hotel-like so don't expect seclusion or complete quiet. No complaint though - would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club Excellent stay
We stayed in Bldg “B” and our Unit was newly remodeled. It was great, with full kitchen and more than plenty of utensils. The location is quiet and situated among the trees. We were very pleased and enjoyed our 2-day stay. We wish we had stayed longer!! Next time we will.

These are owned, I think, seperately and managed by the resort. I stayed in #20. The carpet was really stained and the entire place looked like no renovations in 30 years. That being said it was clean. Toilets, shower fridge all clean, just really worn out even blankets and pillows were older. Pool area was nice, new BBQs that were nice. I probably would not stay here again.

Very old building. Bad smell. Very squeaky walls. Whole night you get feeling someone is walking around your room. Bed sheets dont look clean and fresh. Mattresses are super uncomfortable.. Garage gates are heavy to open. They are not automated. You have to open every time you get in or out. There are many nice looking hotels in Mammoth lake to pick from. I don’t recommend this resort ( if you can call it a resort ).

enjoy the stay. Checking was a bit trouble some. A bit more complicated than it should be. It does not automatically direct you to a safe box with a code to open for your key. After hour checking in has to contact hotel before hand. If you happened to contact or call them the day of arrival and after hour, the message say, when you arrive at the office, there is an emergency phone to call. and thats it. Very vague, leaving you wondering if you can even get in when you arrive.

We are sorry the late check in instructions were not clear for you. After the office closes at 5 p.m we automatically put keys in the lock box. The emergency phone is outside in case someone gets locked out after hours etc. Lock box code is on your confirmation. Thank you.

The unit is worn down but functional. Wall heaters and fireplace for heat. Thermostat is not reliable. It took 24 hours to warm the place - it was under 20F outside. Ceiling fan covered with dust. Covered parking is a plus. Location is near Canyon Lodge.
