"No boat rides. Mini-fridge shelf rail on door missing; fridge cabinet cracked; lamp plug receptacles too weak to power BiPap. Maid skipped room one day and almost next. Staff great. Esp valets. "

"Spacious rooms. A little bit dirty. Both top bed covers had stains. Staff did a great job in replacing towels and taking out garbage every day. Really good breakfast. Location wasn’t the best for beaches."

"Lounge chairs and towels were always avaliable, even when some saved them. Maintenance, Pool, Housekeeping, Restaurant staff all great. Some at the front desk weren't very personable. Heated pool was amazing. Our room was always cleaned in a timely manner "

"We were given a room suitable for people with handicaps, though we never requested it because we don’t need it. We were concerned that water spilling from the shower onto the floor would make the floor slippery, since there was no shower enclosure and the shower curtain ended several inches from the floor. We had to use towels to keep water from pouring onto the floor. When we asked about the room at check-in, the desk clerk withheld the information that it was a handicapped room. Then, At one point after we were returning from breakfast, neither of our cards worked and we were locked out of our room. We had to walk down to the office for help ( a long walk). The room telephones were “out of service,” apparently permanently, because there was a printed, laminated sign in the room that stated so. Any questions we had for the front desk had to be called in via our cellphones. The room was clean and the towels were of excellent quality. "
