Хороший в целом отель!!!
Отель очень даже нормальный! Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый! Стоит однако учесть что слева от отеля находится ресторан Buffalo Steak house бассы которого очень чувствуются в номерах1*08-1*12 (где* это этаж) при наличии номеров персонал осуществляет замену. Номера просторные чистые ухоженные. Питание разнообразное и вкусное. Не рекомендую пользоваться SPA в отеле в помещениях мытья и массажа очень холодно что не приносит удовольствие да и ценновой фактор не в их пользу. До пляжа идти минут 5 что тоже не так плохо!

destryed our holleday
it so bad not clean the staff is not kind there is not alot of options and what remains they preheat and you must pay for the internet and for the safe thir is one water in the lobby for the whole hotel we are definitely not recommending it to friends

Excelllent hotel with good food. Food was limited in choice with not much variety but their was enough to get by. Good size pool located around a few shops.

Terrible...
The sheets weren't clean at all and in fact were with blood stains!!! It was the anniverwqry of the hotel and until mid-night they were shouting, dancing, making people drunk...! The kits weren't changed in the room! Even though it was all inclusive, byt the timings for check-in and lunch are the way yhat surely you will miss the main lunch in the first day! First they said ee can have lunch until 3:30 pm but then they suggested the alternatives!
The sheets had blood stains on them...

The stay was fantastic the reception team Fatos and Yasin was amazing and very helpful. The only thing this hotel lack is there is no food available after 9 pm they should do something about this

The hotel looks amazing from the outside but this is not for English people it’s for Germans Russian Dutch Ukrainian all the he staff I spoke too can’t speak English and they automatically speak to you in one of the following languages I mentioned the spa steam is closed and has been for 2 years they said due to pandemic but all other hotels in turkey they have there steam room open they said the sauna is open but I don’t see any different to having the gym open sauna an steam room closed so that’s just stupid. The food is great good selection breakfast lunch dinner very good in the day the snacks are very bad you have to order at a bar and it’s just spaghetti which doesn’t come with meat it’s just tomato sauce and the pizza they make is not fresh tastes like frozen pizza they keep al the lights off in the hotel during the day which makes it look dull and grim I noticed everyone in the hotel was white not a single person of colour and it felt uncomfortable as everyone would just stare at me like I’m an alien

Good hotel for family vacation. Beach with fine sand. And long entry to the sea — very comfortable for kids. 30 minutes by car old ruins Aspendos — my recommendation for visit

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The location , the food, the breakfast, the rooms. Cleanliness and everything. The staff at the reception can be more welcoming. No language barrier, english and german was spoken. Food was fresh and service at the hotels was very good.

Hotel was.nice and the staff really friendly and very helpful. Not all amenities were open,obviously due the dates of our stay which was understandable.The only criticism was that the size of the duvet was slightly small for the bed . Food excellent and plenty of variation.

Its NOT a 4 star
The hotel over all is okay, however if you book for an all inclusive, it isn't. Many things are extra including soda in your room's mini bar. The rooms are average. If you arrived late at the hotel, do not expect to get any food from the restaurants or room service, because anything after 9:30 are extras. The hotel really caters to Russian tourists; so i thought that was extremely unfair; however if you are Russian, its your kind of HOTEL. Our dinner reservation was stolen in front of us at the A La Carte restaurant and the Guest Service Manager did nothing but apologies to us. His exact words were, they are our guest too. All over the service was disappointing and the facilitates are rather run down.

NIce hotel, on the beach. Great pool and rooms are fairly sizeable. Not many english speaking staff, a bit difficult to ask questions and communicate. However enjoyed the stay.. lots aof activities. Food was average, but plenty of it.

Got a good deal
We were disappointed mainly with the food and restaurant. The food choice and quality was very poor and we found it difficult to find enthusiasm for meal times. The chairs and tables were old and tatty, more like a cafeteria experience.The evening meal was from 6 till 8 which was too early. Too many cats around the outside tables. On a positive note they had evening entertainment and the drinks service was very good. The hotel was looking a little tired but we did visit in the winter so perhaps a refurbish maybe on the cards. We did get a good deal so we probably got what we paid for.

It’s a great place for families and people who like to be around a lot of people. The staff is generously very kind, even though a few of them seemed a bit too pushy. The food is great and varied, something for every taste. Though the dining area is too big and loud. The indoor pool and gym is nice. For us it was generally too big, but we still liked our stay.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht und hatten das Pech, dass wohl eine ganze Schulklasse dort war und die Lärmbelästigung beim essen ganz schlimm war. Parkplätze waren bei unserer Anreise alle belegt. Ansonsten hat es hat es uns gut gefallen
