"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has everything you could need for a large family. We stayed with our kids and grandparents. The sunsets off the back deck were amazing every evening. We loved the quiet neighborhood and loved having the pool right there. Everything is well equipped for cooking as well. The AC was perfect too! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This house was the perfect fit for our family trip. It comfortably slept 17 people! The home was spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The beach shed had endless beach needs from chairs, boogy boards, sand toys, and more. The kitchen was described as a "gourmet kitchen" equipped with everything needed for the chef we hired to prepare one of our family dinners. Highly recommend Kauai Cut Catering if you are in search of an incredible chef prepared meal! There were strict lights out rules at night after 10pm, which was not problem for us at all. I will just say, I wish there had been light switch labels for all of the exterior lights. The first day it took a bit of time to find everything and ensure we had it all turned off. The host explained that the fines are very high if you don't abide by the HOA policies. Some lights were on a timer which I did not know and was a bit stressed leaving those on over night, but all ended up ok there. Something not photographed was the pool safety net that I was so relieved to have around the pool. Over all, incredible stay, and I would highly recommend it and look forward to a future stay here."
Kauai Bay House – Oceanfront w/ A/C & PBAC

"Gorgeous view of the bay and golf course with the sound of the crashing waves! Kitchen well stocked and the location was nice. Sunrise from one side of the house and could see the sunset from the beach a few steps away. Traditional Hawaiian house with gorgeous palm trees which we loved plus having AC on the first floor living area and downstairs bedrooms was a plus. Also extra fans available if needed. Nice washer and dryer. Need to bring your own detergent. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella a nice plus. Also Enjoyed having a table and chairs under the covered patio. Only concern: Would recommend putting a blackout blind in the windows of the first floor bedrooms as they are sheer and the house next door left the flood lights on all night. Also a light shines very bright at the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Super cute home and beautiful property. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved the back porch, having a private pool and the view. Notes to future renters…The front door lock is tricky. Lock from inside and turn handle to see if the latch doesn’t retract. Reviews that say the beach is 15 minute WALK, are not accurate. The quickest beach is about 25 minutes at brisk pace. There are several beach options in about a 10 minute drive. (Owners listing is accurate for proximity) Location is great, shopping and coffee/restaurants about 20 minute walk away. Lots of shops and food in 10 minute drive radius."

"This home was beautiful, exceeded our expectations, and was the perfect accommodation for our family of 8. We spent lots of time out on the lanai watching hole 4 of the golf course, putting on the property's putting green, and driving back and forth to the shops, restaurants, beach, and pool, which were all close by. Great neighborhood. Beautiful interior. Easy communication with host."
