"The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the AC worked great! Having an in-room washer/dryer was a great bonus, too! Overall, the Kōloa Landing property was great, and there were plenty of great restaurant options within walking distance (the on-site restaurant and marketplace were solid as well). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back anytime we’re in Kaua’i!"

"Excellent location, perfect views, great swimming pools and poolside service. The mahi mahi tacos at Lavas were fabulous. Housekeeping staff are excellent and attentive. This property is aging well, not as fancy as the Grand Hyatt, so it’s more affordable and less pretentious. "

"We had an incredible stay at Maluhia Makai this past week for 5 nights, and can't wait to go back. The location is stellar - close to shops and beaches, and it's a beautiful neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Our kids (4 and 1) loved the pool and the bunk bed room, and our whole family enjoyed the outdoor/indoor living. The house is equipped with everything we needed including beach toys, pool toys, chairs, coolers, and more, and they even brought a high chair over when we asked if one was available. "The house is very spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the property manager was very responsive. There was a small hiccup with check-in (the address listed on the listing map was not the address of the house), but it was fixed right away. We would most certainly stay here again!"

The pool was enjoyed by all and the large outdoor dining table made for memorable dinners. The location was accessible to many great activities including local beaches and boat tours.
