"I’m a firm believer that if you advertise bathtubs, you need to have the availability to use the bathtub. I stayed in three rooms over three days, and not one of them had a stopper for the bathtub. I kind of feel like this is false advertisement. Other than that, location, staff, cleanliness, I really enjoyed staying here."

"This was by far the best place we stayed at during our 3week visit to Peru. The rooms are well presented and clean. There is continuous hot water in the showers. The service by the hotel staff was by far the best we saw in all of our trip. The hotel is an easy 7min walk from the Main Square. It is away from all the noise! Thank you and we would definitely stay here during our next visit."

"The hotel is right next to Puno mercado. The building isn’t new, but it was warm at night and the water in the shower was hot (no shampoo provided). We enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very caring and easy to communicate. After all, its a budget hotel, and for the money - a great value."

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. The only downside is that the property is located outside of Puno so you either need your own transport or rely on taxis so it depends what type of experience you are after. This suited me fine as I was after the views and spending a little on transport was worth it."
