This delightful 3-bed, 2-bath residence is nestled on more than 4.67 wooded acres, making it a perfect haven for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. Ample parking is available in the spacious driveway, providing easy access to the trails right from your doorstep. Explore picturesque riding trails on your ORV or snowmobile, surrounded by breathtaking Fall colors and winter snow.

A spacious four-person dining table with sights of the nature and trees is ideal for enjoying meals and playing games. Guests can also unwind in the living room area with an glowing fireplace, comfy seating, and a large TV. The home has hi-speed Internet for streaming your favorite movies and tv shows.
Towels, hand soap, hair & body wash, and toilet paper are conveniently provided.

Other things to note

***NO SMOKING inside the home (includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, e-cigarettes, ect.). An additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged to guests if professional cleaning is needed to remedy the smell of smoke in the home.

***During the winter months, It's plowed after every 4" inches of accumulation. Although a standard car or front-wheel drive SUV shouldn't have any trouble accessing the home, we do recommend all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles, if possible, just to be safe.

Nice, clean place!

Good communication for check in and check out. Nice clean house with anything you may need. They had gotten a lot of snow, so not a lot of area to park.
