Enchanting art-filled home less than 2 miles from the most gorgeous beach: Singing Beach. Pink sparkly living room, whimsical decor, sliding glass doors from two bedrooms and living room onto large covered deck with twinkle lights. Full bright open kitchen. Pink laundry room. Pristine home with central air conditioning. Three televisions with Apple TV/streaming. Fire pit and one acre of woods in backyard. Walk to shops, restaurants, library. Bike to beach. 5 minutes to Black &White beach, 10 minutes to Hammond Castle, 15 minutes to the beaches of Gloucester and Ipswich, and a 30 minute train ride to Boston. 5 bedrooms 3 baths.

Perfect house

We had an amazing time in Manchester by the Sea. The house and the area are magical. The house is close to everything and a short drive from Boston so it was perfect for touring Colleges. The house is immaculate and had everything we could possibly wish for. It is also very peaceful. We can't recommend this house enough. The homeowner is lovely and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. There are beautiful beaches, restaurants and towns nearby. We had an absolutely fantastic time and fell in love with the house and Manchester by the sea.
