"There were renovations going on while we were there but you'd never know it. It was very quiet and very minimal disruption. The biggest inconvenience was one of the elevators was being repaired. This was by no means a big problem. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was working properly. The staff was very friendly. From checking to check out everyone was very nice. All had smiles and made us welcome. "

"The person who checked us in was Diamond. She was delightful! Great attitude, very friendly, welcoming, and had great recommendations for my 89 year old mom and me. She seemed genuinely interested in what brought us to the area. She even wished my mom a happy early birthday. Lovely person! Room was very clean, beds are super comfy. "
