The room was nice and clean and it looked like the carpeting was brand new. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean also. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk so sometimes you had to wait. We did not get room service at all on a Saturday and Sunday we had fresh towels put in our room but the bed was not made, and the used towels were not taken. The breakfast during the weekend was adequate, but it seemed like the coffee kept running out and when that happened on Monday morning, the door to the kitchen was closed so you weren’t able to get anyone to bring more more coffee out and also the hot item looked like leftovers from the previous day. Besides some disappointments with the breakfast, the only other complaint I would have is they should have better signage for the hotel by the road. It’s a very dark road and it took a while for us to find the entrance as it was not marked.

Desk attendant way's not friendly and when I asked for a second floor room, she was very abrupt in turning me down. I understand when they there’s no availability, but I did not enjoy her manner. Breakfast,for me, was absolutely dismal.no oatmeal. The pot was being heated with nothing in it. The cold cereals offered were mostly sugar cereals. The bed was comfortable, the room clean.

The room was so clean and fresh both nights. The cleaning staff on Sunday were amazing. Kind and helpful. I wish I got her name as she was professional, kind , courteous and she went above and beyond to help our family. She had a long brown hair braid. Rarely do I experience such help with a smile and she was great. The lovely lady in the breakfast bar on Sunday was also very kind and helpful We came in and out quite a bit and I was concerned there was no one at the front desk on Sunday But we have stayed at the Hampton Inn before and we will continue as you are just Great

Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet did not flush correctly, had to hold flush down longer than expected. Later at night to shower, the shower had black mold. There was food left in the fridge, suggesting the fridge was not cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable as well, pillows were basically unusable, top blanket was scratchy, bed was not made correctly. Overall would not recommend.

The pictures Expedia uses were not completely indicative of my king studio suite - it was much, much smaller than the pictures show. The room had a terrible musty odor; an a/c unit that making annoying sloshing noises while it ran; and a fridge that didn't work properly (didn't cool properly at normal temp setting, and froze everything at if turned to max). Bathroom had stains on walls and tub, and several leftover hairs. Trash in hall near elevators not collected. The next day, I asked front desk if I could extend my stay by 1 night, and pay at the desk - I was told no, I would have to book same room type online, come back to desk to advise them and they would keep me in same room. I did just that, however they would not keep me in the same room as I unknowingly booked a joined room, while my original room was not joined. Expedia makes no mention of joined rooms when booking, so how is one to know? I had to pack up everything and check out of the first room, and move into a new room 1 floor up. Front desk was not at all accommodating - telling me that had I booked with Hilton, he might have been able to help keep the same room, but can't do anything since I booked with Expedia. The 2nd room had no A/C when I checked into it, had to wait for maintenance to come reset the breaker. I did not use the amenities. Not a great Expedia booking experience.
