This is a quality boutique hotel with a budget hotel price. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Arriving late -10:30 pm- I was greeted with an a complimentary glass of draft beer or wine. My room was quiet, spotless, with a very comfortable bed. In the morning I enjoyed my made-to-order complimentary hot breakfast and fresh Sbx coffee. The town is very cute. The hoteI is outstanding. I will be back!

Great choice
You can tell the owner really cares for this hotel. It has been remodeled and is very nice! The bed was comfortable and had great pillows. The bath was really upscale. In the winter you place your breakfast order and select a time to eat and it is ready for you. Great choices. Really recommend the drive into town for this hotel!!

I booked a stay here based upon favorable reviews I had read. And let me tell you, boy were they correct! While this is an older building, they have been in the process of renovating things. The lobby is fresh, welcoming, and the family members are couteous and professional. The room was spaceous, and the bed and pillows were the best I've ever had in any hotel! As it is off season, they were not putting out a buffet style breakfast. Instead I just placed my order the night before off an ample menu and everything was ready at my designated time the next morning. This also invited pleasant conversation with the staff. And in the late afternoon I was able to enjoy a couple beers and snacks in their dining area. I also noticed they have charging stations available for 4 different models of electric cars. If you are staying in the Manchester, TN area, I highly recommend making this your place to stay!

Really interesting place- off the beaten path but way better value than any if the big brand motels in area. First off, most importantly, super comfortable bed and linens! Great friendly staff. Clean updated interiors. Free drinks in evening- really? And to order breakfast free in am. I was skeptical of reviews but it’s for real. Property around not greatest but only negative. 👍👍

Pampering on a budget!
Want to feel like a billionaire? Stay here! The service was phenomenal, we arrived at about midnight, were greeted promptly when entering and offered beer on tap, wine, snacks, whatever we needed immediately. Check in was quick, and our orders were taken for morning breakfast and out reservation time for breakfast confirmed. I felt like a princess. We were directed to our room which was absolutely spotless, with beds that were like sleeping on clouds. The towels were thick and soft, and when we arrived for breakfast, we were seated at a set table and our breakfast was brought out promptly and hot. I WILL DEFINITELY be staying here again. It was amazing.

The front office staff goes and above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. We were traveling for a show at the caverns and this was a 20-30 min drive the so it was a convenient location for the value and the area.

What a great find!
This is a very nicely renovated motel, the lobby is bright and cheerful. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with upgraded linens and a large television. Breakfast was served to us, rather than a buffet style, so much more sanitary. We will definitely stay here again.

Actual hotel was great. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was clean. We did have a minor problem with the plumbing, shower didn’t want to turn off. The management was prompt to come fix it. I would recommend this hotel.

What a great service! We arrived tired after 8 hours driving, and they welcomed us with free beer and snacks; They took our breakfast order the night before and made it fresh when we got to the lobby, it was delicious, free and freshly made. They sent us a text when we got to our room to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything else. Very clean room, bedsheets and towels. I loved our stay, they know how to pamper their guests.

The hotel has free beer, water, soda, snacks, serves breakfast and great service. Best kept secret in Manchester! Seriously think of the check-in area as basically a free convenience store with a staff willing to help however they can. The room is basic but very clean - just love this place!

The reviews must have all been fake because the room was nothing like what I was expecting. The neighborhood was trash, the rooms were dirty. The bathrooms didn't even have doors on them. The manager was very nice, but I ended up walking away and booking elsewhere.
