MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY!!!

Bring out your self-sustainable off grid rig to camp under the stars and feel like your lost in the woods! True primitive camping!

Tent camping is also allowed!

You must be able to provide yourself with water, electricity (OFF GRID/SOLAR), and take care of your own waste. There are no septic connections. Feel free to dig a latrine as long as you do it properly.

SCOUT RULES!!! Carry OUT what you carry IN and leave it looking better than it did before.

There are no marked sites, so just go find your favorite spot and enjoy the wonderful views of Mesa Verde and The Sleeping Ute, the diverse landscape and wildlife and the drop dead gorgeous sunsets!! PLENTY OF FIREWOOD EVERYWHERE.

MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK is only 10 minutes from the property. Oh and did I mention there are 40 acres to roam? Feel free to hike and mountain bike it at your own risk to enjoy it even more.
