Beautiful location, stayed two nights in a room with river view. Great property to walk our dog along river and grassy areas to play on. Older property but nicely kept. Friendly staff. Walking distance to train and historic Durango. Grocery store next door. Loved our stay.

Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer.
