New Listing, Premier Host, Historic Cabin newly remodeled, private, quiet, CLEAN
10/10 Excellent
"The pictures just dont do this property justice. The cabin was soo cute, it was well decorated, and the perfect space for my daughter and I. We had all the cooking utensils we needed and the host was gracious enough to have farm fresh eggs and a stick of butter in the refrigerator for us. The farm itself was amazing, the cabin was situated right next to an amazing stream of water. We would definitely book here again. Thank you Julie for being amazing host!"
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Durango Downtown by IHG

"Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly & accommodating front desk staff. Great location. Good hot breakfast selection. Loved sitting outdoors at the attached tavern. Would like to commend Chasity who was one of our morning breakfast hostesses. She was so friendly & started our day off with a smile! Would definitely stay here again 👍"
"It was simple to find. Parking gets a little cramped in the late evening, so get what you need before you check-in. You'll ened up having to park a but further away if you leave and head back. One guy parked stupidly by taking up four spaces in the front lot with his truck and motorcycle trailer. He could've been considerate and parked off to the side. The pool is small. Breakfast was okay, the food was decent but it's the people themselves that were so gross. They were mishandling food, dropping the main utensils, hogging literally all the food in sight. There was an elderly couple who came down a bit late and there was nothing for them to eat. I felt bad for them. So i suggest maybe skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere. The coffee was good though. Thank you to the lady who was so nice cleaning up, making coffee and keeping up with the messiness of the disrespectful guests. She deserves a raise. "
Luxury on the River, Spacious Home Nestled in the Woods w/ Private Hot Tub, Yard
10/10 Excellent
"First off, the setting and scenery were amazing, we were here in the summer, and the grounds with the rivers and flowers were really amazing. We had a multigenerational group of 14, and it fit us well. The large open kitchen and living room, with large dining tables inside and out were great for our group to prepare and eat large meals. The bunk room was great for all of the kids, and had its own bathroom.Three other rooms upstairs were good for adults, and shared one bathroom, which was a little tight, but with a little communication about showering, etc. was workable. The downstairs master suite was huge, with walk-in closet, shower with multiple spray nozzles, etc. Very nice space. We did have an issue with the AC upstairs one day, and management company was able to send someone to fix next day. It did seem like a known issue (the AC guy knew what the issue was before he got there). For a place that is a premium place, it also seemed a little stingy on the amenities. Arrival instructions before we arrived said that the place came with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag per can, and two rolls of TP per bathroom. Not that big of a deal because we had to go the grocery store anyway, but I’ve stayed in much more budget places that had plenty of TP, enough coffee for every day, etc. so it seemed a little misaligned with how nice everything else was. Overall, an amazing place, and I’d go back, but adding these notes for transparency,"
