Really fantastic, loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Our young daughter fell into the rooftoop pool (our fault for not paying attention) and the heroic staff member jumped in without a seconds thought. But even more the hotel was faultless, the rangers club (kids club) was great for the kids, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had complimentary champagne and bloody Mary’s, and the general vibe was luxury and relaxation. So glad we stayed here and will stay again I hope.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and the service was just phenomenal. We had fresh towels every day with the complimentary kits (dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit which had hair tie amongst other things). The staff always greeted us with a good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on time of the day. The rainforest vibe it had definitely gave us a very nice, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I would stay here again if i can continue to afford it 😁

Was a little disappointed with the service, we informed the staff that we were there for our 36th anniversary but no special treatment was given and we had in room dining, we expected them to set up the table but it was done either.

Unique setting among the wildlife parks (nearer to the Zoo and Night Safari), still very new and can feel the team is still getting into the groove of things, minor hiccups here and there but no major issues. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely beautiful property, one of a kind in the middle of the rain forest Service was a bit slow at time i.e. house keeping at the odd hours (late at night) maybe due to staffing issues? There was a lot of construction going on which did disturb us in the morning

Came to have an opportunity to observe the lyrid meteor shower in comfort. Really lovely resort, still in the process of fine tuning as this is during the soft launch period. Room comfortable with decent amenities. Breakfast is sumptuous and the staff try hard to accommodate all ( it was quite full when I stayed. Pool was lovely but quite small for the size of the hotel.

A great stay and as rated. The only hiccups were the auto water dispenser in the room which was difficult to use in one of the rooms that we booked and the delayed check in. We booked three rooms, and only one was ready when we checked in. The wait wasn’t long for the other two but it was inconvenient to collect keys again as we had parents whose were on wheelchairs.

Choose this property if you do not require any services especially in terms of house keeping or in-room dining services. There is a lack of processes and communication between the front desk, telephone operator, house-keeping and in-room dining. What is worse is that the manager on duty offered to make up for our unpleasant experiences, which isn’t conveyed appropriately to the staff which ultimately resulted in house keeping barging into our room after knocking for 4-5 times, demanding that we check out since it is past check out timing. The level of service we got is not even comparable to 3-star developments. Please do better, Bayan Tree, be it resort or not.

Nice ambience and it was truly an experience close to nature. Room was big with 36sqm. We enjoyed the reservoir view very much. Besides shampoo, shower gels and hand liquid soup. Resort also provides full set of toiletries, eg brush, comb, sewing kit, nail file, bath glove, vanity set, dental kit, shaving kit, sanitary bag, tooth paste/brush,sewing cap, mouth wash etc. Coffee and Tea Making Facilities is available in the room as well. Buffet breakfast is good and has wide varieties including western and eastern food. In room dining was slow and it took more than half hour to arrive. Nearby dining outlets were not available yet. Hopefully we will have more food options when food outlets open later in the year. Looking for medication but found it was only available in Cheers store at Mandai Wildlife West which is quite a distance away.

1. No specialty for higher range room category 2. Late check-in 3. U’ll have nice view room if u’re lucky 4. The air-con temperature just don’t suit Singapore Weather. Having it at min 22 degree is a terrible idea coz the fan is just not strong enough to cool the room down during super hot weather. 5. Shoutout to staff name Riyan for making my stay there better as he uphold 5 star customer service standards and trying his level best to turn an angry customer to one that might return there again 6. Love that the hotel is surrounded by nature with lovely view of the river 7. Complimentary birthday cake not delivered… well it’s called complimentary by the hotel so u can’t really expect it somehow. U can expect not to receive it tho so not to feel disappointed… I must say overall their view is love just don’t expect service so much (except from a certain no. Of stafd like Riyan), and for those who perspires alot this hotel will not gonna make u any ‘cooler’ when u need one

酒店根本未準備好營業，原定3pm check in, 到5pm才有房。 lobby大批未能check in的客人。進房後上一個客人的濕毛巾同垃圾仍然於房中，床沒有收拾好。打電話到front desk永遠沒有人前來幫助。最後我8:30pm才入住正常房間。酒店餐廳亦未完全準備好，晚餐食物很一般。 We had a terrible experience at this place. Check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM, but when we arrived at 4 PM, we saw a large group of guests waiting around, many of them complaining about the delay. We didn’t get our room keys until 5 PM. When we finally entered our room, we were shocked. The bedsheets were messy and crumpled, slippers from previous guests were randomly placed on towels by the bed, and the touchscreen air-conditioning control panel didn’t work. Then I checked the fridge—there were already opened drinks inside! I called housekeeping twice, but no one showed up. At 6:30 PM, things got even worse. I went to the bathroom and found used toilet paper still in the toilet bowl, a dirty towel with horrible stains, and another wet towel hanging there. Even the trash bin was full of waste from previous guests! At this point, it was clear that the room hadn’t even been cleaned before we checked in. Frustrated, we went to the reception to speak with the Duty Manager, Shamina. While we were complaining, another couple came up to her, questioning if this was really a Banyan Tree resort. Everywhere we looked, guests were angry and complaining, but I honestly think our case was one of the worst.
