Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. "Nearby bus stops and breakfast places that are quite cheap. Bakeries are open nearby too. Fast food also available and supermarket as well. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport which was a definite plus since we brought many luggage and not easy to go airport in normal public transport. Timing for the last transfer was perfectly timed with our departure as well. Nice feature. Hotel looked outdated and needed to be renovated to make it look new and fresh. Staff are friendly especially the concierge. Great work guys! "
