"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. "

Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "
