Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "

"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. "We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some...

"We absolutely adored our stay at Marco’s home. He greeted us upon arrival with Prosecco and goodies. The home was fully equipped and stunning. The views unmatched. We took a can from the train station but from then on truly enjoyed our walks to town daily. Although not close so beautiful and worth the steps. Definitely visit the one restaurant close by. We had one of the meals of our lives. So delicious. We would definitely return to Marco’s place."
