This 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine), and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV.

    The train station is just 500 m away, and the lake is right by the property (50 m away). The beach of Ulisse Guzzi Park can be reached within 400 m. The Wanderer's Path and nearby villages are 11 km from the property. Boat tours are also recommended.

    Please note that from mid-June to mid-September, it is not possible to park directly at the property, as the house is very close to the lake and is a traffic-free zone (parking is available for a fee only in the nearby areas).
