The free shuttle bos was promised but it was fake. It was dark. They did not clean the room during our stay. It was too noisy. I won’t recommend this place

Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Good breakfast well presented but from a British point of view , only one type of milk. (No semi or skimmed). Minor niggle. Also used Metro which was very close to the hotel and easy to use.
All in all a very pleasant stay in Milan.
