Gardaliva5: with lake view in new residence with pool near to the lake

  • We warmly welcome you to our Residence Gardaliva built in 2019!



    Located about 450 meters by foot from the beach and the lakefront, the residence has 5 apartments of different types, studied in detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.



    In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.



    The complex is surrounded by a lovely well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each apartment has a reserved parking space.



    The Suite 5 apartment, on the first floor, has a magnificent terrace where you can spend unforgettable moments, enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and swimming pool.



    Upon entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable bright living room with Full-HD TV., With a large L-shaped sofa, a large dining table and a kitchen complete with all appliances.



    The sleeping area consists in 2 double bedroom with TV and a bedroom with a bunk bed.



    Bathroom complete with modern shower box, sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.



    All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wifi connection.



    The shared swimming pool is also suitable for younger children (minimum depth 0.50 m).



    A shared washing machine is available free of charge for our guests and is located in the basement.



    Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for a couple.



    All our guests will receive a welcome gift with typical products of the area.



    Manerba del Garda is also a starting point for bicycle excursions and visits to local wineries.



    To experience strong emotions, we recommend our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above.



    For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.



    To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in

Nice, clean, comfortable apartment with realybhood maintained garden. Pool is nice and lake view stunning. Although it’s holiday and you should enjoy being offline, the internet speed of the wifi is beyond today’s standards

Perfect Apartment in great location

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a quiet very well looked after apartment complex. The view over the lake from the huge balcony during the day as well as at night was loveley. Nice restaurants only a short walk away, supermarkets only a short drive away. Kitchen could be a little more equipment with cutlery and crockery. But that was really only a minor issue as we didn't want to cook a lot. Everything else was great from the communication during the booking process to the communication about the hand over it was a very pleaseant process. We can only recommend this place and would definitely think to come back. Apartment very suitable for dogs as easy to keep clean.

Moderne Ferienwohnung fussläufig zum Seee

Die Wohnung ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter gross genug und ideal. Lage ist in einem ruhigeren Ort am See. Restaurants waren alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Haben bei Regenwetter die deutschen TV-Programme genossen. Auch die kostenlose Waschmaschinennutzung war toll. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck war etwas zu wenig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren zwei kleinen Mädels. Die moderne Unterkunft, der riesige Balkon und die tolle Aussicht haben uns begeistert. Der Pool wurde andauernd von unseren zwei Kindern (3 + 4) in Beschlag genommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach leider nicht dem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Schimmel in der Dusche, und das Wasser lief schlecht bis gar nicht ab. Weder in der Dusche noch im Waschbecken. Das Geschirr war noch dreckig vom Vorgänger. Die Dunstabzugshaube fettig und staubig. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und konnten den Gardasee und die Umgebung kennen lernen.

Toller Blick auf den See

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage mit Seeblick. Alles sehr schön und gepflegt. Allerdings lässt die Ausstattung der Küche etwas zu wünschen übrig ( zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck). Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See, bei überdachtem Balkon auch bei Hitze oder Regen nutzbar. Zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Sehr schöne Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Anna und Christina. Für eine vierköpfige Familie etwas spärliche Ausstattung der Küche mit Besteck und Töpfen. Bessere Beschreibung von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung (z. B. Backwaren in ca. 400 m Entfernung statt 2-3 km) wäre schön.

Tolle Unterkunft!!!

Wir 4 Hessen haben unser Domizil am geliebten Gardasee sehr genossen. Den morgendlichen Kaffee auf dem sonnigen, riesigen Balkon werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen. Die Wohnung/Anlage ist top in Schuss und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Südwesten des Sees. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt!!! Toller See- und Rocca di Manerba Blick. Die Damen von Garda FeWo sind super nett und An- bzw. Abreise waren absolut unkompliziert. Wunderschöne Unterkunft, zum Weiterempfehlen

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Apartment. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage, Aussicht und der Pool sind traumhaft. Auch das man die Waschmaschine gratis nutzen darf ist super. Die Vermietung und Übergabe der Schlüssel war total problemlos und unkompliziert. Das Apartment wäre noch besser, wenn es eine separate Toilette hätte. Und ein Windschutz an einer Seite oben an der Terrasse wäre super. Dann würde es nicht so ziehen. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Sonst war der Aufenthalt perfekt.
