Located in the residential complex "La Cascata" with pool, facing the lake and Porto Dusano, a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 people with free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is the ideal solution for a summer holiday thanks to its private lakeview terrace.

Inside it is composed by a living room with sofa bed for 2, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and an additional sofa, modern style kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, electric kettle, microwave, juicer and toaster. This bright pet-friendly apartment's night area is composed of a master bedroom with large wardrobes and queen size bed and an additional bedroom with bunk bed and balcony. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel rack, bidet and WC completes the layout of the apartment.

*The pool is available from 1st of May to 30th of September.
Guests will be able to use a covered parking space within the property of the following dimensions: height 2.30 m/ length 5 m/ width 2.50 m.

Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

Verona Villafranca Airport can easily be reached in 45 minutes by car from La Cascata.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber, an der Decke kleben viele Mücken und andere Tierchen, Parkplatz war viel zu klein. Die Umgeben war sehr schön und der kleine Pool hat ausreichend gereicht war aber nur ca 150cm Tief.

Super Aussicht
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Ausblick war ein Traum. Das Restaurant gleich um die Ecke war auch super, manchmal gab es dort auch Livemusik. Die Wohnung war leider nicht ganz so sauber und einige der Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Putzmittel oder einen Staubsauger findet man in der Unterkunft leider nicht.

Nice appartment, facility, pool and location at the harbour
Apartment was clean and like the decription, but only very few equipment inside the appartment. There could be more (e.g. egg cups, more than 4 wine glasses), some furnishings were already worn down. Maybe even a welcome package of coffee filters, dishwasher tabs. But in general a nice and large appartment.

La Cascata
Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am See und dem kleinen Hafen ist sehr gut. Bei der Hitze ist es praktisch, dass die Wohnung in einer geschützten Hausecke liegt. Ebenso ist die Außenanlage mit dem Pool sehr gelungen. Das Parkhaus ist für große Autos nur schwer nutzbar.

Sommerurlaub im September
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig aber in der Nebensaison mit wenig Belegung auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, der Strand in der Nähe und auf dem Weg dahin kommt man sogar noch am Kaffee direkt am Hafen vorbei. "Jederzeit wieder"

Schöne Wohnung
Wenn jemand Urlaub und nicht jeden Tag an einer Promenade laufen will, ist er am Porto Dusano genau richtig. Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefüllt. Alle in der Beschreibung dargestellten Möglichkeiten und Dinge waren vorhanden und absolut zufriedenstellend. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir werden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Alles okay...bis auf die Klimaanlage...
Wir waren mit der Wohnung - der gesamten Anlage- sehr zufrieden, bis wir feststellten, dass die gebuchte Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, (es standen Ventilatoren in den Räumen)und die Fernbedienung sowie die Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage nicht funktionierten. Die netten Mitarbeiter versprachen uns Abhilfe, die aber nicht kam! Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Anlage!
