Charming, huge, and sunny: Villa Oleander with garden and private pool!!! A green and quiet spot, less than a kilometer far from the lake and from the beach.

A sunny villa with beautiful views, a big and wonderful pool and a spacious garden, which is of course completely fenced. The fence not only offers you valuable privacy, but also ensures that children can play safely. Villa Oleander has an attractive covered terrace that invites you to enjoy the outdoor. An outdoor fireplace grill is also available. Outdoor lighting creates a charming atmosphere, especially in the evening.

Villa Oleander, which is located in a spacious property, has a big kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor, as well as a tastefully furnished dining room and three bedrooms, one with a double bed, lake view, and master bathroom, one with a bunk bed, one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds , as well as a large bathroom with shower. There is also a second kitchen with living room and balcony with a picturesque view of the water and nature. ONLY on this floor is available the air conditioning.

Up to 3 covered parking spaces are available for our guests in the property. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



Take trips to Verona, Milan, Mantua and Venice or to the area around Lake Garda - with its numerous sights and entertainment options. Several shopping facilities can be reached within a 5-minute drive.



The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
