Prestigious villa on the Lake in Manerba del Garda with swimming pool, private beach and stunning lake view.

In the splendid setting of Manerba del Garda, just above the port of Dusano, Villa Flora rises. Entering, one finds oneself in a bright living room, from which a total lake view is enjoyed. The wide French windows, the light colours of the finishes and furnishings, and the orientation of the house further highlight the shades of blue and green that the sky and lake offer to the guests of this dwelling. The living room is divided into a lounge area and a reading area, from which one accesses the dining area and the open-plan kitchen, all with a lake view from every point. Accessing the night area, on the left side are the main bathroom and a wardrobe, the only rooms without a view, and a double bedroom with a small terrace; on the right side of the corridor, we find a double room and the master room with a private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The property is equipped with screens.

The south-east side of the house is entirely served by a large terrace from which the lake is dominated and from which one can also enjoy the view of the pool and the rear port.



In the basement there is a loggia where several cars can be comfortably parked.

The jewel of this house is the swimming pool, with an overflow cascading onto the lake, long and narrow for swimming and enjoying the view.



The villa has a large garage where four cars can be parked. From the garage, you can go up to the ground floor or access the laundry room and technical rooms.

Also in the basement, with access from the garage, there are two other rooms: a home spa with a Turkish bath, shower and relaxation area, and a study or master bedroom, also with a lake view.



The villa with modern and appealing exteriors is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, with a gazebo and seating areas for relaxation and rich with paths that descend to the lake, down to small beaches inaccessible to others.

Tolle Lage direkt am See und wunderschöner Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Flora sehr genossen. Alice von der Agentur hat uns bei allen Fragen super weiter geholfen, die Villa ist sehr grosszügig, der Pool ist toll und die Lage traumhaft. Auch die Osteria am Hafen (5 Gehminuten) ist sehr empfehlenswert.
