"My older parent stayed at this apartment, and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care they received. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained — exactly as described. What truly stood out was the staff. They were kind, patient, and always willing to help, which gave me real peace of mind knowing my parent was in good hands. They went out of their way to make sure everything was easy and comfortable for them. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully maintained, making the stay feel safe and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families looking for a place that genuinely cares about their guests. We would absolutely choose this place again."

"Spotless rooms with a lot of sunlight, very spacious and clean bathrooms. I loved the size of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the tea / coffee amenities, the toiletries and number of towels , soft pillows were very pleasing to us. We had a lovely stay. The breakfast choice was goid, but the taste of a few dishes like the gyoza was mediocre. All in all- a great stay. "

"Before our arrival, the communication with Silkhaus was very good. Anytime we had a question, needed information, we would email and would get a response back within hours. Well before our arrival we received complete instructions as to how to access the parking, gaining entry into the building and the apartment itself. The unit was as nice as it was pictured, and actually better equipped with amenities than we anticipated. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, cooking utensils, dishes, and on and on. The unit was very clean, well-organized and it was well thought out about the parties that were going to utilize it. I will be doing all my future stays in Abu Dhabi through Silkhaus. "
