Room was spacious, quiet, and opened on to the back garden area. Room location was excellent however the couch in the room needs replaced and the carpet needs to go. It is a dog friendly room so some wear and tear is expected but it was excessive and the couch was very dirty.

Rooms are nice, clean, with good a/c & heat. Hot breakfast is adequate, but closes early sometimes. Really nice, large, fenced, outdoor area for gathering or smoking. The only problem for us is that the doors are SO heavy. Need one person to hold open while the other brings in luggage. Would be difficult if I were traveling alone.

PROS: This hotel is very clean and have a very nice lobby and outdoor area. Rooms are spacious the blackout curtains keep the room super dark. CONS: Early check-in fee. No daily housekeeping. Only a 24/7 coffee bar no tea. The hot water for tea in the breakfast buffet had coffee grounds in it and was lukewarm. So I wasn’t able to make tea in the morning. The pool water isn’t heated either.

The location was great, right off of interstate and many restaurant choices near by. I had to wait to check in as staff did not readily greet me and appeared disheveled. The room was clean and pillows were comfy. We were disappointed that the pool appeared to have algae or was discolored/unclean. The breakfast was good but there once again was no attendant present for checkout or questions.

Rooms are getting rough but relatively clean. The halls needed some love and the place is starting to show some deferred maintenance showing up. The outside, while not "trashy" needed a touch of time as well. Breakfast was decent. Another place that wants a card for "insurance" against your trashing the place. We took a pic of all the areas that we might have been charged for. Nice people just place is starting to look neglected.

We have stayed here several times now, and the hotel is consistently clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The AC worked great, and the breakfast options were above and beyond what we expected. Definitely the best hotel in the area.

Very nice hotel. Our room smelt like dirty feet, but the worst part was when I opened the closet and there was a cockroach. I do love the fact that they are pet friendly also, before even checking out, they tried to come in and clean our room. Other than those 3 issues, great place to stay.

The lady at check in was wonderful! Very affable and helpful! The carpet in the hallways was filthy! Stains and dirt down the hallways! We played cards downstairs and the front desk was not manned….there were 7 people at one time to check in and no one around! Room was large and comfortable! Breakfast was cold sausage, burned eggs, hard tater tot’s, and not much variety of breads! The person in charge was sitting in the room across from the food not paying attention to what needed to be done! Checkout was blah….
