"This is an historic hotel. The owners have done a great job restoring it and keeping the theme. The antique parlor furnishings are wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again. The server at the bar seemed overworked and tired, very slow service. My room was nice, clean, comfortable, small, charming. The tap in the bathroom dripped. A number of things seem a little worn and a bit under maintained but all in all, a unique remarkable place in the high Nevada desert old mining town, well worth the stop and stay."

"This hotel is so charming and quiet. Rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Nice to have espresso coffee makers in the room and a cafe downstairs. Also nice to have the steakhouse across the street. Great stay and I would return if I can."
