Hotel lobby and the rooms stinks of cigarette smok

The entire hotel stinks of cigarette. The stay would have been wonderful because the hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. But the smell of cigarette ruins everything. The hotel has casino on the ground floor and it is allowed to smoke in the casino, must have been smoking of a lot of people in the casino over the years that made the hotel stink of cigarette!

We loved the room we stayed in, from its cleanliness to the comfort of the bed. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful. The dining restaurants on the second floor were a little pricey but overall good. We also loved the free breakfast buffet on the ground floor, though it's a bit of a walk from Nuwa—you have to cross through the casino to get to the café. But overall, it was a great experience. We would still recommend it to friends and family and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Philippines.
