Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
LOCATION:
Excellent location close to all amenities, SM Moa, PTIX, NAIA, all major banks, shopping and close to all the things you need to do.
CLEANLINESS:
The place was very dirty, not clean, not sure if the bed sheets was replaced and even if it was the sheets looks old and not comfortable to use. The towel provided smells.
The bathroom was not clean basically the whole unit is not properly cleaned.
When we came in there was a lot of bugs dead on the floors all over the place of then units.
All night bugs were crawling out right to your bed and sofa were you sitting.
Amenities of the unit itself is very bare. Not enough to make yourself comfortable if you are going to cook or stay for a while. Just bare minimum of set of plates and cups and utensils.
No paper towels nor soaps provided.
COMMUNICATION:
TERRIBLE, was only good after the booking to provide the letter of authorization and how to get in the unit but nothing after the check in to let them know about the situation of the unit.
The unit were so bad on bugs crawling all over the place that we ended up checking out early in the morning just to get out of it instead of staying for another night the way originally booked.
BASICALLY IT WAS DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING since I stayed for more than 3 weeks at this residences with different units. The only thing I ended up on this unit was I have changed of plan and needed an extra days but the unit I was staying already have someone booked hence the transfer on this unit
