"Great number of beds but really tired room, stained carpets and original bathroom in need of an upgrade. Bathmat needed to be binned years ago and shower surround was stained and mouldy. Kitchen mixer tap in the bathroom was interesting."

"Renovated room was great. Loved the big shower. Reception washed my clothes whilst I was at work, was much appreciated to return to my room with the clothes clean and folded. Great job and thank you"
