Good location, close to the central station in an interesting and lively neighborhood. The night porter was very helpful indeed. we could park our bikes in the parking underneath the hotel.

Best Western means BEST

There was renovation work going on at the hotel, but this caused us no real problems. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist.

Convenient location with a private car park
The hotel is in a great location whether you arrive by train or driving. The staff are very welcome and helpful, we reported a problem and it was solved in 5 minutes. The room was modern and very nice. It is also close to a tram stop. The room also had a Nespresso machine and the lift goes directly to the car park as well

Bad smell in the room (smoking) an air conditioning not working. No one asked in check out how was the stay. Would not visit the hotel next time. There were not too many hotels available when made booking but if knew what to expect would have tried to find another. Staff was nice and also breakfast good but that was only plus side of my stay.

nice but a bit noisy
very nice hotel located close to central part of Mannheim. Parking was quite expensive and there was quite some noise from streetcars.

Really good location & the hotel service & staff were very helpful & polite. Close to shopping centre & arena business locations. Hotel car park looked small however a multi-storey is just across the road & hotel spaces are available.

Nice, Clean, Comfortable - Costly
It was good, we had a great room for the purpose of our family, Suite with a pull-out couch for the kid. What made me unhappy was that the images of the rooms show a nice Capresso coffee maker, this was our expectation. However, our room had a electric water pot and instant coffee. I did not get a chance to ask the hotel why there was a discrepancy, as we were busy the entire time during our stay. We also felt that 18Euro for their breakfast was excessive. I went down one morning to get decent coffee and it cost 2,70 euro per cup... I should have gone across the street to the cafe' for half the price and better coffee.

We checked in very late, but the front desk personnel is very kind and warm. The room is great, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the train station also. Overall, excellent hotel...! Would love to stay here again. Thank you Blue Western Delta Park Hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the city center
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are not big, but very cozy, comfortable, clean and stylish, with all the essentials provided (small fridge, security safe, nice set of toiletries - these are the things I cal think of that I haven't seen in other European hotels). It also has air conditioner, which (something I didn't realize) is extremely important in the summer. The staff is very friendly and polite, and we had breakfast included, which was also very nice (huge variety of fresh bakery, cheeses, fruits and veggies, served in a cozy and stylish dining room). Last but not least, it has a great location 5-10 min walk to major attractions in the old town.

Not a good place for sleep.
They charge 18 Euros a night for parking or you can try your hand at the spaces out front that are free overnight, but will require money. When I arrived I had to get the attention of the front desk staff who were happily messing about in the back office. The room had no AC, which was not good considering the metro runs right in front of the hotel and the city is relatively loud. The carpets had several stains and the shower ran so hard it soaked the bathroom floor from water bouncing off my body (maybe a 5 minute shower). The restaurant did have good staff and food. I've stayed at many BW's before and this one is far from up to snuff.

Good value and good location
We arrived from the US about noon, and the staff was very accommodating, getting us in our rooms early by 1:30. The breakfast was very expensive, so we bought bread and pastries from a bakery just one block away. Rooms were a nice size and fully equipped. The main tourist/restaurant area was about a 15 minute walk away. The hotel staff was always kind, friendly, and helpful. We would stay here again.
