I had requested the breakfast and when Linda came home later last evening, she took great care to write down absolutely everything and we agreed for it to be at 8 o’clock because I had 600+ kilometres to drive. "The view alone would be reason enough to stay at this wonderful property, but we also adored the beautiful house, charming village, excellent hiking within a reasonable drive (rivière du chene, rivière gentilly, and the national Parc mauricie), and of course the hot tub. Excellent, we’ll be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous historic home. We were lucky to enjoy TWO town events that took place right beside the property: a Sunday market and a Friday evening concert. The latter wasn’t even audible once we turned in for the night because the walls are so thick! There were definitely some oddities in the house due to its age, but that’s to be expected.
