The room was clean and the hotel was well cared for. The room was not attractively decorated, in my opinion.

Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities

First of all, the staff was amazing. 10/10. The location couldn't have been better. 10/10. Close to the Freedom Trail, Close to the transit, Close to Boston Common. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel. Our only issues were the rooms we pretty cramped, the air conditioning didn't work (It's not even turned on during the winter/spring months) and it was insanely hot in our room and the TV didn't work in our room because it couldn't connect to the Internet. It's expensive for what it is, but no fault of the employees, they were great and very helpful.

This is our fourth time staying at the Seaport. The hotel is just the perfect size - a little smaller. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. They have a lovely restaurant for dinner if you don’t want togo out. They offer a wonderful breakfast and in the nice weather. It’s a great walk to the north end and sites in Boston.
