"It was the worse place I’ve ever been. I spent days trying to contact the property, they never responded. I called them several times, and when they finally answered, they were extremely rude and not helpful. In the room, the bed and the bathroom were both dirty. It was a warm weekend going up to 87°F and the AC instead of cooling the room down it was making it HOTTER! Worst place I’ve ever stayed in DC. I do not recommend. "

"The suite space was great and the four of us stayed comfortably without running into each other. We flew in on a red eye and landed at 6:30am. We got to the hotel at 8am, checked in our luggage and were able to sit for breakfast. They were able to get us a room by noon which we really appreciated! The concierge also checked in with us throughout our stay. There was a free breakfast in the morning and a cocktail reception in the evening.A few things I would recommend for improvement are: 1. The shower pressure in our bathroom was very low and the hot water often ran out. There were 4 of us staying and nobody by any means took a long shower. That being said person 3 and 4 always had a cold shower even if we would give it 5-10 minutes in between showers. 2. The breakfast was a great add; however, utensils had always run out and sometimes the workers just handed them out with their bare hands. It felt a little unhygienic and understaffed. I’d recommend adding a few more folks to keep things replenished and sanitary. 3. Lastly, this isn’t in Georgetown. For reference, it’s more in the West End area and the nearest subway was Foggy Bottom. I made a few mistakes making reservations in Georgetown thinking that was where we are at but should have made it in the West End locations. Just a heads up for future travelers. Overall it was a great family oriented location and had many conveniences including the breakfast, evening reception and restaurant onsite. "

"Rooms are modern and very very comfortable location is lovely quiet neighborhood not far from the fun of Q street or DuPont circle - breakfast is easy and quite good and gym is nice. Staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable "

"Parking garage hard to find staff can communicate where , I called from up stairs to see if I could eat downstairs restaurant, was told yes. However when I got down there no one was there to order food or drinks we wait 10 mins the lady at the front tried to make a margarita but I had to tell her step by step and then we stopped trying. Went up stairs while leaving my kids downstairs to get a charger. Came back the man was there he didn't know how to make the drink either . So once we got the drink right I tried to order my kids dinner. Just for him to tell me he was closing the kitchen because he was going. To be the only staff there and was not a robot and can't run everything. So we walked the streets after a very long drive from NC to the zoo which was not worth the 40$ we spent as all the exhibit were closed. The rooms have not microwave. The parking ticket when you pay to park days you have 15 mins after parking to leave but once you pay it says 10 min not 15. Well I have a 1 and 2 year old and 15 years it was hard getting everything in the car and them in 10 mins. So we ended up paying additional 9$ bring the Total to 49$. I will say I love the breakfast but I will stick to the Marriott with the microwave and other amenities I love and pleasant staff . Never doing hyatt again understand no communication very inconvenient for family specific a single mom "

"THE ROOM WAS VERY S ALL, NIT AS SHOWN IN PICTURES. WAHROOM WAS DIRTY, CARPETS WERE STICKY AND WINDOWS WERE UNLOCKED KNWOING THAT WE HAVE KIDS NO SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WERE TAKEN"

"The hotel room was small and dark and smelled like food. The hallway was not clean. Bags of towels lying outside my door and garbage on the carpet there. The utility closet was open and was also filthy with food scraps on the floor.There was no one at the front desk when I was try to check out. Several other people were waiting at the front desk, the phone was ringing and no staff was available. I eventually just left my door key cards on the desk. Awful experience."

"Stayed here for the great price and was satisfied with what I got. It’s not a modern hotel by any means but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the air conditioner did its job. That’s about all that matters to me."
