The hotel was clean and located in good area. However it seemed that the staff would turn off the AC from the control panel in the lobby. I went downstairs multiple times a day to complain the room was too hot. Not once did they offer to change rooms and just made excuses it takes time for AC to turn on. It was uncomfortable sleeps making the trip not as enjoyable as it should have been. I understand they want to save money however guests are paying for an enjoyabke stay and should be able to control the temperatures in their room at their choosing.

The difference is that you are comparing Europe to the USA, and they are just different. I think the location is pretty good, and the balcony (although really small) is really nice. For the price, I think it's a pretty good deal, but...I don't know what the price is now...

Les chambres et le bâtiment sont impeccablement propres et agréables. Très bien situé à proximité de tout à pied. Restaurants et petits commerces à profusion, vous aurez l’embarras du choix. Accueil de Carla impeccable et chaleureux, allez y les yeux fermés.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests. The staff took time to answer all our questions, explain the history of the property, and help with any thing we might have needed help with. This place is luxurious! From the marble shower, dreamy comfy beds, and spiralling staircases, we felt so spoiled. The daily breakfast was incredible, featuring local jams, breads, and chef's creations, and a wonderful way to start our day.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Good location.
