"Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner une note maximale, car la perfection n'existe pas. 4 étoiles sont pour moi la reconnaissance d'un accueil aimable et serviable, d'une chambre calme et confortable, d'un parking facile d'accès … en sommes d'un séjour agréable. Par contre le diner, lui, pourrait amplement mériter … 6 étoiles, mais cela n'est pas prévu dans vos critères d'appréciations. Nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés et l'estomac en demande ..."

"Room was very clean, bathroom was tired & needed an update but the biggest problem was the road noise. There was no air conditioning in the room (number 9) just a fan provided. There were 2 large windows to open but the road noise was constant and very very noisy all through the night so not able to leave the windows open. This room was on the junction of a busy road. I would not choose this hotel again. "

"The staff were lovely but the condition of the 1st floor was horrible. It smelled of urine & cigarettes. The room looked clean but the smell was horrible & the door had no safety locks. I slept in my clothes & changed to shower & add fresh clothes before leaving. My 13 year old grandson asked if it was a hostel. I paid for 2 nights but we did not return & got a room in another place. "

"Notre sejour etait cher pour le service et ceux qui etait compris dans les nuitées, spa et hammam en supplément, petit déjeuner très peu varié et nous entendons tout dans les chambres, aucune insonorisation. "

"There was nobody on reception when we arrived on reception at approximately 3:30 p.m. We then realised that we had to pick a telephone up on the reception desk that rang somebody. A grumpy lady then came to check us in. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful and the gentleman we paid was very helpful. The hotel is old and needs freshening up. It looks dirty and run down on the landings"

"I have used this hotel a lot and in general its very good. This time I think due to it being the off season and the weather the experience was not as good. Restaurant was a little cold and the breakfast was limited, other than this everything was great. "
