"This is a large property. Breakfast was good although coffee was rarely really hot. Room was good but if your room faces the highway, the windows do not insulate the highway sounds. The entrances were not clean—leaves, debris and in need of a major power wash. "

"Would go again for the price. (Under $100) Friendly staff and walking distance to restaurants. Clearly, a lot of basic updates needed and TLC. Feels neglected (no ceiling fan in bathroom, uneven tile on floor). Things are worn and often clearly a bit dirty looking. If you aren’t too picky, it was comfortable and basics adequate. "

"The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We chose to eat elsewhere for more variety and better coffee. A choice of roasts would be appreciated with real milk instead of the oiled milk. "
