"Very Clean, Helpful staff, great location, amazing 100 year old history. Updated amenities. Beds were a little small and firm. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The black out blinds still let light in and you can clearly hear the noise on the street. The tv was far too small for the distance from the bed, so I just watched shows on my computer. At the check-in the agent was disputing with me over a drink voucher and whether or not I qualified for one even though I had an email saying I did. I finally told her I'm not looking to dispute this bc it doesn't matter that much. She then just handed it to me. "
