This is the hotel most convenient to the University of Washington and that adds great value. The double room with sink snd shared bath was comfortable and clean. There are lots of student eateries, but one needs to get an Uber for finer dining.

Very cozy and nice, extremely convenient near the Rail Station and nearby eats! I will say the extra fans provided really helped and staff went above and beyond to help us even after hours when its just for emergencies. They don't have someone at the front desk. Text them and they will come down and let you in, and set you up so you can enter on your own once you commit to staying. The place doesn't have any elevators so be aware of this if it's an issue.
