"Rooms need severe updating, carpeting in halls very stained, carpeting frayed in rooms and stained. Sheets did not fit mattress. Outside areas had cigarette butts all over Breakfast very nice with pleasant staff. Bartender on 2 nights extremely frustrated, rude, throwing things. Children allowed to race around floors, yelling, had to call front desk 2x up to 11 PM. Would never use again as very expensive for a sub-standard facility."

"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Much of the property is a little run down, including the furniture in our room. We appreciated breakfast, which was neither special nor poor - pretty standard."

"Nicely situated hotel in the heart of Peoria; well maintained, spacious rooms. My only complaint was that the pool and hot tub area were closed."

"Every tile in the bathroom was loose. Only one outlet worked in the room besides what the TV was plugged into. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. The TV and remote did not work properly at all. The staff member at the front desk had both of his air pods in even when trying to speak to him."

"Not enough pool side seating. Hot tub out of order. Water on pool cloudy. Chilly on pool area. Bar closed due to ill bartender. I would think a manager could fill in. Ran out of towels at pool. "

"The thermostat was clicking all night and all morning and kept me awake. There was also a loud banging sound that was going in all morning. I could not sleep."

"This was wonderfully clean from top to bottom. The staff was very helpful, and we felt like family. The breakfast was nice, hot, and again, the cleanliness was impressive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."
