We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. Trip room is a bit small for three guests without much room for opening the baggage when unpacking and packing but the housekeeping lady Jinah at ten floor is very nice and always with a big smile
