  • Villa dei Tramonti is an exclusive seaside villa surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in Torre delle Stelle, in the beautiful Cann’e Sisa area. Its location offers breathtaking views: from the three terraces, the sea and sky merge into a single horizon, creating an ever-changing scene, especially at sunset.



    The villa’s highlight is its direct access to the sea. A staircase leads to a panoramic terrace just a few meters from the water, from which you can reach the sea via a convenient private slide.



    The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In the main building, there are two double rooms and one room with bunk beds; the annex, with a separate entrance, offers one double room and one room with two single beds. All double rooms enjoy beautiful sea views.



    Guests have exclusive use of the villa and all outdoor spaces. Entry is through a covered driveway with parking for 4 cars, followed by a lit staircase leading to the residence.



    Inside, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan living room on two levels, a dining area with fireplace, and a comfortable lounge. The living area opens onto a large covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and unforgettable sunsets.



    A second, more secluded covered terrace is ideal for reading or working, while the outdoor shower is set amid the garden greenery. Descending further, you reach the sea-view terrace equipped with loungers, deck chairs, and an umbrella, and the private slide for direct access to the water.
