Villa Gianina is located in Torre delle Stelle, South Sardinia at about 15 km from Villasimius and 35 km from Cagliari. Charming and spacious detached villa on two levels with a spectacular sea-view from its hillside, overlooking the bay of the Dolphins and surrounded by garden and lawn and with rooftop terrace. Step walk to the rocky sea below. Privacy and tranquillity. Parking available for up to three cars. The villa consists of: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom(joinable) plus a three bedded room, 1 bathroom and another 1 shower bathroom. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Living room (with fireplace) with French windows opening onto the panoramic terrace and garden. The separate dining room opens into a large covered terrace with its BBQ area. Washing machine. Outside shower.
