    The villa features 5 bedrooms: 2 double rooms with sea view on the lower floor, 1 room with 3 single beds, and 2 guesthouses with private bathrooms—one with a private terrace and sea view. There are 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped private kitchen. You'll find all comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a laundry area. Airport and Cagliari station shuttle service is available on request for an additional fee.



    Outside, enjoy a private garden with beautiful sea views, 2 panoramic terraces, and a covered terrace set up for outdoor dining. The private outdoor pool and hot tub, available from May to September, offer spectacular views of the sea and sunset. The outdoor area also includes a hot-water shower, barbecue, and direct access to the rocks below.



    There are 2 parking spaces inside the property. One small pet is allowed.
