"We checked in this hotel on 29th night. Firstly, locating the hotel was difficult. Address is marked wrongly on Google Map. Room AC was not working. Wi-Fi password given was incorrect. Tea was served at 8 am, one hour after request was made. Poha was served in the breakfast. It tasted horrible. We ordered omelette on payment which was OK. Reservation was for 3 days. We requested the hotel authorities to cancel our booking for remaining 2 days. After some persuasion, they agreed, ...

"Scruffy staff, living right behind the reception desk. No drinking water even to make a cup of tea. We had to pay and get bottled water. Pillows had seen better times. Sad. Good breakfast, bread and eggs. No locker facility. Poor wifi. Never worked in two days. We were asked to check out at 11am although the notice on the door said 12 noon. We left our bags at the reception till we left for the airport at 4 pm. Changing the staff would make a big difference!! Refrigerator not working!! "
